Extensive inventory list included below

We have sailed from the west coast of Sweden towards Australia. Our first season was spent cruising Sweden and Norway returning to Martinssons, next to the town of Ellos where Hallberg Rassy’s are built, for Grace’s winter service and storage. We took this opportunity to refit our electronics systems to bring us up to date with the latest navigation and safety technologies and to add SSB/DSC MF/HF Radio and Pactor modem to our communications systems.

The following season took us from Denmark to Turkey via England and the Atlantic coast of Europe. During our winter at Marmaris in Turkey we installed our solar panels and arch to prepare further for the South Pacific Ocean. In March 2009 we sailed from Turkey to the Canary Islands, stopping in August for haul out and anti foul at Andraitx in the Baleric Islands of Spain. While there we had an extra Raymarine Autopilot, SPX30 Corepack, system supplied and installed to ensure we had a back up to this important system for our coming Atlantic and Pacific crossings.

Both our crossings have been fantastic experiences with no motoring, just consistent downwind sailing all the way from anchorage to anchorage. We are now in the South Pacific enjoying all that this paradise has to offer, sadly however the distance between Grace and Australia is closing. So we now are offering our traveling home of the past 3 years to someone else, to look after and to continue the enjoyment and freedom that we have loved so dearly. We have had many wonderful experiences sailing with as a family. If asked would we do it again the answer would be "Yes....in a heartbeat".

Should you require more information or images please email us at slowtravel@gmail.com.

The longest of our passages in the coming months will be 7-9 days, so if there is a delay in us getting back to you it is only that we are ‘at sea’.

You will find a inventory, specifications and photos below.

We also have a travel journal at http://www.slowtravelongrace.blogspot.com/ should you like to see our travels.

We look forward to hearing from you.
